All you need to is give us a call or email with the information about your bait. Then send us a single sample, and we'll be able to match it with the same color, or other colors variations of your choosing! We will even send you a sample back before your purchase is complete.
Q: How long do custom orders take? A: Orders can generally be created and shipped out within five business days after we get conformation that your satified with the product. We can speed up the process by sending your pictures of the product rather sending it back, to make response time faster. All arrangements can be made over the phone or by email.
Q: How do we pay for our custom orders? A: All custom orders are generated through paypal rather than the store, since all custom orders generally different in quantity and characteristics.
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
